Mark Hamilton, an insane man who is obsessed with the "damsel in distress" concept, he has kidnapped many women and leaves clues for the husbands/boyfriends on how to save them. At first, Hamilton shoots the "hero" because he felt the hero didn't play the part right. And with hero gone, there was no more need of a damsel. Killed many people, a very dangerous man and unpredictable, he never finds a damsel worthy to be saved by Shadowman because no women in Goldrum is crdited as Shadowman's girlfriend which eats at him.
